G&F Ag Service Inc. is looking for a dependable individual residing between Turlock and Ripon with hands-on experience operating front-end loaders in a dairy, farm, or other agricultural environment.

This full-time, year-round position involves operating front-end loaders on various agricultural job sites and terrain. Responsibilities include pushing, piling, and loading materials, performing ground cleanup, and completing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

Prior front-end loader experience is required. Experience operating other agricultural equipment, such as tractors, skid steers, or backhoes, is a plus but front end loader experience is required.

We provide training on our specific equipment and operating procedures. This is a non-union, hourly position offering steady, year-round work.

Requirements:

• 3 Months experience on a front end loader is preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Willing to work 9+ hour shifts and Saturdays during busy season.
• Able to speak, write and read English.
• Have reliable transportation. Jobsites throughout the Central Valley.
• Good at following directions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely.
• Self-motivated.
• Drug free.
