Aged Care Scheduler

We’re looking for a Scheduler who is organised, people-focused and enjoys the challenge of making lots of moving pieces work together. If you love solving problems, building relationships and knowing that your work makes a real difference to older adults in the community, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with a 7.30am start. You’ll also share an evening on-call shift once per fortnight (generally 4.30pm–8.30pm).

And because we believe flexibility matters, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home one day each week.

What will your day look like? No two days are exactly the same!

You’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure our clients receive the support they need, when they need it. Your role will include:

• Creating and managing staff rosters
• Matching clients with Support Workers based on their needs, preferences and compatibility
• Coordinating brokered services through the Interim Hospital Package program
• Contacting clients to confirm and communicate upcoming services
• Managing last-minute changes and solving scheduling challenges
• Working closely with our wider team to keep services running smoothly

• Have excellent communication and people skills
• Are confident speaking with clients and Support Workers over the phone
• Enjoy using technology and learning new systems
• Bring a positive, professional and can-do attitude
• Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a great workplace culture

Experience working with older adults and/or people with disability, particularly in a home or community setting, will be highly regarded.
