Aged Care Support Worker

We are looking for new caring and reliable female Home & Community Care Workers who want regular, permanent weekly shifts and the opportunity to work close to home.

You’ll be supporting clients in their homes with tasks such as:

• Personal care and companionship
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Transport to appointments or social outings
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing

Our shifts are a minimum of 2 hours each, so you can build genuine relationships and provide quality care without feeling rushed.

Regular weekly ongoing shifts.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

• Qualified certificate III Individual Support
• Female (genuine occupational requirement)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (genuine occupational requirement)
• Have experience working in Australia and know your way around Melbourne
• Willing to drive between clients homes

You must also have:

• A valid Australian driver’s licence
• Current Police check or NDIS worker screening
• Your own reliable car
• Comprehensive car insurance

The role may on occasion provide personal care for female clients who for religious or cultural reasons require a female carer.

Ability to communicate fluently in English is required to effectively support clients with hearing difficulties or dementia.
