Agency & Host BD – Live Streaming (WFH/Remote)

IMPORTANT: This role requires existing agency and/or host resources within the live-streaming industry. Candidates without relevant live-streaming agency/host networks or experience will not be considered, including those with only general marketing, sales, customer service, HR, or administrative backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage agency partners and build strong, long-term partnerships to drive platform performance.
• Recruit and onboard new agencies, influencers, and hosts to expand the platform's ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing agency support, including communication, activity coordination, policy clarification, and operational assistance.
• Support host performance and income growth through management, training, and development.
• Identify and nurture high-potential and top-performing hosts.

Requirements

• Proficient in Malay, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Existing agency and/or host resources within the live-streaming industry are required.
• Relevant experience in live streaming, voice/social platforms, agency management, host management, or creator/influencer operations is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Positive team player with a collaborative working attitude.
