What they need
We are looking for an Agency Development Manager (ADM) to develop and manage our insurance agency channel.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
- Activate, train and regularly follow up with agents.
- Handle and motivate the agency team.
- Generate business through the agent network.
- Achieve recruitment and business targets.
Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Insurance / Agency Sales.
- Experience in agent recruitment and agency development preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
