Agency Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agency Development Manager to join our insurance team. This role leads and mentors other independent agents in delivering voluntary benefits and state-of-the-art technology that help local business create well-rounded benefits packages that protect their employees in life-s unexpected moments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agents
• Providing hands-on field training and collaborative work experiences
• Facilitating sales meetings
• Supporting sales representatives in achieving sales goals
• Participating in the onboard of new agents
• Driving business to business employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
• Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
• Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment
• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers

Skills

• Active Florida 2-15 License is required.
• Experience in business to business sales
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in insurance sales
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead sales teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
