• The Team Leader for Agency Channel will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents to

  Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide

• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize revenue growth and
  profitability

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Recruit, train, and develop new agents to achieve business objectives

• Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition

• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and
  optimal customer experience

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and services to stay competitive
  and relevant

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships
  with clients, partners, and stakeholders
