Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Agency Channel to build and manage a team of insurance advisors and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
• Train, guide and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Generate new business through the agency team.
• Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
• Conduct field visits and meet agents/customers.
• Support agents in customer meetings and sales closures.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Maintain good relationships with agents and customers.
• Ensure quality business and policy renewals.
• Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Good knowledge of sales and business development.
• Must be comfortable with field sales work.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Graduate candidates preferred.
