We're looking for dynamic and result-oriented Agency Managers to join Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
• Drive sales of Life Insurance products through the agency channel.
• Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.
• Ensure productivity, performance, and compliance of the agency team.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Agency Channel, Banking, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and grow a high-performing team.
• Graduate preferred.
