Agency Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage POSP/Agency Partners through the E-Agency channel.
• Generate health insurance business through digital leads, online platforms, and agency partners.
• Drive sales targets, premium growth, renewals, and overall business performance.
• Develop strong relationships with agents and support them in lead conversion and policy issuance.
• Conduct regular training and engagement activities to improve agent productivity.
• Monitor daily sales activity, lead conversion, and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and sales processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, underwriting, issuance, and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate preferred with 15 years of experience in health/life insurance, agency, banca, or financial services.
• Experience in agency recruitment, POSP handling, or digital sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with good market development capabilities.
