Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage external creative agency partnerships based on project needs.
• Maintain preferred agency lists, resource databases, reporting, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate agency presentations, introductions, RFPs, selection, scoping, pricing, and SOW negotiations.
• Partner with creative, production, resource management, and procurement teams on agency initiatives.
• Improve agency management workflows, schedules, feedback processes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations, design production, agency management, or agency business development.
• Experience working with creative agencies or in-house creative organizations and managing external resource networks.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, agency capabilities, production workflows, procurement, and business risk.
• Experience supporting RFPs, pricing, scoping, contract negotiations, and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
