​1. Agency Partner (Financial Advisor / Sales Agent)

​Role Summary: Responsible for building and managing a client portfolio by promoting life insurance, protection, and investment solutions tailored to individual needs.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Identify, engage, and consult with prospective clients to assess their financial situations and goals.
• ​Provide personalized financial planning advice covering risk management, wealth accumulation, and retirement.
• ​Promote and market Allianz PNB Life’s insurance and investment solutions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• ​Foster long-term client relationships and provide continuous portfolio reviews and customer service

​2. Agency Leader (Unit Manager / Agency Head)

​Role Summary: Responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Agency Partners to achieve business growth, sales targets, and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Drive business growth by recruiting, onboarding, and training new Agency Partners.
• ​Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve personal sales quotas and professional development milestones.
• ​Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and implement effective localized sales strategies.
• ​Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Allianz PNB Life's corporate standards and compliance rules.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
