Agency Support Intern

About the role

Firman Advisory is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agency Support Intern to support the agency's daily operations and activities. This internship is designed for individuals who want to gain professional experience while exploring opportunities in financial services, business development, and entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily agency operations and administrative activities
• Assist with agency data, documentation, and reporting
• Support coordination between agency members and internal teams
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and follow-up activities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other operational materials
• Support communication and coordination with agency members
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned

About you

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
• Interested in business, financial services, or agency operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team
• Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta
