We are seeking a skilled Strategic Innovative Agent Admin Team Supervisor to join our team and provide supervisory support to the Agent Administration/Certification Services Manager, and manage the staff responsible for the Agent administration, training and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, and supervises the day-to-day operations of staff
• Assists the Supervisor II in their role
• Implement Agent support strategies, programs, and policies
• Oversee the contractual & administrative relationship with Agents
• Participates in special projects as the Agent Team advisor/subject matter expert

Salary:

$7,172.00 - $8,910.00 per Month
