Agent Advisor - Remote

The Role

Help individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance coverage from a fully remote setting. You’ll speak with people who have requested information, learn what they’re looking for, explain their available options, and help them through the application process.

This is a commission-based position, with compensation tied to completed business. Leads are provided, and training is available to help you learn the products, systems, and process. The role is a good fit for someone who communicates well, listens carefully, and can make complicated information easier to understand.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients about their insurance needs and questions.

• Ask questions to understand what type of coverage they are looking for.

• Explain available plans, benefits, and costs in straightforward terms.

• Help clients compare options based on their individual needs.

• Guide clients through applications and review information for accuracy.

• Follow up with clients who need additional information before making a decision.

• Maintain clear notes and keep client information up to date.

• Comfortable having one-on-one conversations by phone.

• Clear and professional communication skills.

• Patient, attentive listener who can explain information without pressure.

• Organized and consistent with follow-up.

• Comfortable learning insurance products and new software.

• Able to stay productive while working independently from home.

• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and workspace.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
