岗位概述

负责智能体产品从需求定义、原型设计到上线迭代的完整过程。结合用户任务和智能体能力确定产品方案，与设计、工程及行业专家协作推进交付。

岗位职责

• 研究用户需求与实际工作流程，明确产品需要解决的问题，制定方案、优先级和可验证的成功标准。
• 独立完成产品原型与关键流程设计，说明任务输入、执行过程和结果交付方式，支持需求讨论与验证。
• 与设计师及行业专家共同完善方案，结合使用场景、专业要求和智能体能力确定产品细节。
• 协调研发交付，明确需求范围、验收标准和项目安排，及时处理实现过程中的问题与取舍。
• 跟进上线后的用户反馈和任务效果，分析未达到预期的环节，确定并推进下一轮产品改进。

任职要求

• 具备端到端产品推进能力，能够独立完成需求分析、产品定义、原型设计和上线后的迭代。
• 有 AI 产品设计或开发经验，理解智能体的运行机制、能力与限制，能够设计可行的产品流程。
• 具备技术理解和动手实践能力，能够通过原型或技术实验验证产品想法，并与研发共同解决实现问题。
• 有创意，对用户需求和 AI 产品形态有独立思考，能够提出具体方案，并根据实际使用和实验结果持续改进。
• 具备良好的审美、沟通与跨团队协调能力，能够清楚说明产品决策，并与设计和研发共同推进交付。
• 欢迎具有跨学科或多领域经历的候选人；有专业垂直领域背景，或有可展示的 AI 智能体代表作品者更佳。

About the Role

Own the agent product process from requirements and prototyping through launch and iteration. Develop product plans around user tasks and agent capabilities, working with design, engineering and domain experts on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Study user needs and working processes, define the problems the product should solve, and set product plans, priorities and testable success criteria.
• Create product prototypes and key flows independently, specifying task inputs, execution and result delivery to support requirements discussions and validation.
• Refine product plans with designers and domain experts, using practical scenarios, professional requirements and agent capabilities to define product details.
• Coordinate engineering delivery, define scope, acceptance criteria and project plans, and resolve implementation issues and trade-offs as they arise.
• Review user feedback and task outcomes after launch, identify where the product falls short of expectations, and prioritize the next round of improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to drive end-to-end product development and independently handle requirements analysis, product definition, prototyping and post-launch iteration.
• Experience designing or developing AI products, with an understanding of agent mechanisms, capabilities and limitations, and the ability to design workable product flows.
• Technical understanding and hands-on skills to test product ideas through prototypes or technical experiments and resolve implementation issues with engineering teams.
• Creativity and independent thinking about user needs and AI product design, with the ability to develop concrete proposals and refine them through real use and experiments.
• Sound design judgment, communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to explain product decisions and deliver with design and engineering teams.
• Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or experience across different fields are welcome. Domain expertise or representative AI agent projects that can be demonstrated are preferred.
