Minimum Requirements

• 3–6 months call centre experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Basic computer skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers
• Ability to work under pressure
• Target-driven and motivated
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Matric certificate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with enquiries and requests.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Promote products and services where applicable.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Accurately capture customer information on company systems.
• Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Good listening skills
• Basic computer literacy
