Agent

We are looking for an Agent to support customer identity verification and account-related processes. The role involves reviewing KYC applications, validating customer information and documents, and making approval or rejection decisions based on established policies and risk guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Know Your Customer (KYC) applications through the manual review queue.
• Review and validate customer information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Approve or reject applications based on updated policies, procedures, and verification guidelines.
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) calibrations to stay updated on policy and process changes.
• Provide updates and prioritize tickets based on instructions from Real-Time Analysts and/or supervisors.
• Perform account modifications and Customer Risk Profile (CRP) updates, as applicable.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance while handling assigned cases and tickets.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate .

• Experience in KYC, customer verification, identity validation, fraud prevention, risk operations, or related processes is an advantage.

• Familiarity with document verification and customer due diligence procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer information.

• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and risk guidelines accurately.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working with manual queues, ticketing systems, and operational targets.

• Willing to work on-site and/or shifting schedules, if required.
