Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details.

Requirements Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a client-facing role.

Professional verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex insurance concepts clearly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with the Harrisonburg community and regional market dynamics.
