We are looking for hungry relationship builders who want to own their results. We offer a pure commission and residual partnership. This structure removes the ceiling on your income... giving you a massive upside on new sales and a recurring monthly income for keeping our clients happy.

WHO WE ARE STRATUS is a modern operations team for home services in Canada. We help plumbers... electricians... and HVAC owners stop losing jobs to missed calls. We run 6 core digital systems in the background so they can focus on their craft.

THE ROLE Your job is simple but requires relentless execution. You will reach out to local trade business owners... identify their operational bottlenecks... and get them to apply for a discovery call with our founder. Once they become a client... you will maintain the relationship to ensure they stay happy and active on our roster.

THE COMPENSATION This is a 100% commission role with a heavy focus on recurring revenue.

• The Hunt: You earn a 20 percent commission on every new STRATUS client you bring in the moment they clear their first payment. (Packages: Base: 995$ / Regular 1495$ / Custom 5000$).
• The Relationship: You earn a $50 bonus every single month for every active client you manage and keep on our roster.

The math is simple. If you build a roster of just 20 active clients... you earn $1000 every single month in passive residual income... and that is before you even count the upfront cash commissions for your new sales. Which is a potential of average (if 10 clients with 995$ packages its 1990$ to you /if 10 clients with 1695$ = 3390$ to you in commission).

• You are highly comfortable on the phone and know how to speak directly to business owners.
• You do not sound like a robotic telemarketer.
• You are highly organized and can track your own leads.
• You understand that following up is where the money is made.
