Internship Opportunity: Stagiaire in a Travel Agency – VM MOROCCO (Tetouan)

Are you interested in travel and looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the tourism industry? VM MOROCCO, a travel agency based in Tetouan is looking for a motivated intern to become part of our team.

Position Details :

Location: Tetouan, Morocco

Type: Internship (3 months)

Start Date: As soon as posible

Duration: 3 months (you may be offered a permanent position if you learn quickly and do well)

Your Role :

As an intern at VM MOROCCO, you will:

• Assist in creating tailor-made travel itineraries for our clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to organize tours and activities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.), with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as managing bookings and updating databases.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French and Arabic are a plus).
