Agent Engagement Activity & Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities;

• Collect, analyze, and validate Agent Engagement, Active Rate, Activation Funnel, Premium, and Agent Segmentation data.
• Develop Dashboards and Weekly/Monthly Reports to provide actionable information for management and RM teams.
• Analyze agent segments, including New, Active, Dormant, and High-Potential Agents, to identify engagement and business opportunities.
• Execute Activation, Re-activation, and Retention activities in collaboration with RM and relevant teams.
• Track post-campaign results to measure changes in agent activity, transactions, and premium contribution.
• Analyze trends and engagement patterns to identify agents at risk of becoming inactive or dormant.
• Provide Insights and Action Recommendations to RM and relevant stakeholders to drive business impact.
• Coordinate with RM, Data Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Gather Voice of Agent and Pain Points from engagement activities and provide feedback to improve processes, campaigns, and platforms.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Agent Engagement, Customer Engagement, Campaign Execution, or related roles.
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Insurance Broker, Platform, or Sales Organizations is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data, summarize insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on mindset with strong execution, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Dashboard, Reporting, CRM, or Data Analytics tools is a plus.
