Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, building and deploying AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions and take successful use cases through to production.

This is not a traditional Salesforce development role. We are looking for someone who combines strong Salesforce engineering expertise, hands-on Agentforce/AI experience and solution consulting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions and autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Identify and prioritise high-value AI, automation and Agentforce use cases with business stakeholders.
• Configure Agentforce agents, actions, topics, instructions and supporting workflows.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, APIs and integration technologies.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, enterprise platforms, APIs and external systems.
• Work with Salesforce data architecture to ensure agents have access to trusted enterprise data.
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate and productionise AI-powered solutions.
• Support security, governance, scalability and responsible AI adoption.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Data teams and business stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance Agentforce solutions based on business feedback and performance.
