Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the daily operations involved in owning and managing an insurance agency.
• Proactively seek out new clients through lead generation and outreach efforts.
• Help individuals and families find the right coverage solutions based on their needs.
• Support existing policyholders by assisting with inquiries, policy updates, and coverage adjustments.
• Build relationships and expand your network by engaging in community events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client needs.
• Educate clients on their insurance options, helping them make informed coverage decisions.
