As An Agent Partner Trainee, You Will

• Work closely alongside seasoned agents on live transactions
• Learn and apply proven systems, efficient workflows, and effective client communication strategies
• Receive ongoing coaching, accountability, and opportunities for continuous professional development

Please note: This position is commission-based. Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation $60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
