Agents closing 12 or more transactions annually often reach a point where every lead, document, and follow-up depends on them. The Collective provides established solo agents with the team infrastructure needed to move beyond that limitation.

Maintain ownership of your clients and professional reputation while gaining access to ISA support for appointment setting, transaction coordination for managing documentation, and reliable team coverage when you are away.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full buyer and seller pipeline with team support
• Work ISA-qualified appointments alongside your own sphere
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
• Mentor newer agents through example and collaboration
• Track goals and production in our CRM

Qualifications

• Active Missouri real estate license
• 12+ closings in the past 12 months
• 3+ years in residential sales
• Established sphere of influence in the St. Louis area
• Ready to delegate and work within a team system

Compensation $150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
