- Preparing reports on agent performance, recruitment trends, compliance issues and areas of risk.
- Supporting NZQA, Immigration New Zealand and internal quality assurance and audit activities.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of ICL’s agent management policies, procedures, monitoring frameworks and training.
About you
You will be a confident relationship manager who can build trust while maintaining clear standards and expectations. You will be comfortable working with data and documentation, identifying potential risks, having difficult conversations when necessary, and working collaboratively across different teams.
Essential requirements include:
- Fluency in English.
- A tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn internal student management systems.
