The Role

Shortly after a household asks for information on insurance benefits, you are the person who calls them. Conversations cover what benefits include, plus the misunderstandings that come up almost every time.

Honesty counts more than persuasion here, including admitting when nothing we offer fits. Requests are generated centrally, the preparation period, provided at no cost to you, includes materials and testing, and guidance is available whenever a call goes sideways. Hours get arranged cooperatively, and pay is commission based, so consistent results raise what you earn.

What the Work Looks Like

• Telephone households shortly after their information request arrives
• Cover what benefits include, plus the common misunderstandings
• Answer honestly when something falls outside our offerings
• Take applications carefully, reading every question aloud slowly
• Set reminders for households comparing us against alternatives
• Finish administrative tasks before ending your working day
