*Shift*

Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 15:00 PM

On site in Reforma, Mexico City (after 6 months you have possibility to have hybrid work!)

*Note: Paid training is one month conducted Monday through Friday 7/8 am to 4/5pm.*

*What You'll Do:*

• As a Service Desk Agent, you'll provide first-level IT support to employees of global organizations.
• Assist users through phone, chat, and messaging platforms
• Resolve technical and service-related inquiries
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Support users in a professional and fast-paced environment
• Gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT industry

*What We're Looking For*:

• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Interest in technology and IT support
• Previous IT experience is a plus, but not required

No technical experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
