About the Role

SourceGate Technologies Ltd is looking for a hands-on Agentic AI & API Integration Developer to build AI agents, backend services, and automated business workflows.

You will work primarily with Python, LLM APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, Supabase/PostgreSQL, email APIs, WhatsApp Business API, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and n8n. You will also help improve our existing AI agents and prepare them for future migration to our Falcon Pro platform.

This is a hands-on development role, with approximately 75–80% of the work focused on coding, integrations, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and automated workflows using Python and LLM APIs.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and webhooks.
• Integrate email systems such as Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, or IMAP.
• Develop integrations with the official WhatsApp Business Platform/Cloud API.
• Connect AI workflows with Google Sheets and CRM platforms.
• Develop backend services, APIs, background jobs, and database integrations.
• Work with Supabase and PostgreSQL, including authentication and access control.
• Build and improve n8n workflows and automation.
• Implement secure authentication, OAuth, logging, error handling, retries, and validation.
• Test, debug, document, and maintain production systems.
• Support the team in improving existing AI agents and workflows.
• Help prepare existing systems for migration to Falcon Pro.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of practical software/backend/integration development experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API keys, tokens, and secure credential management.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience with email APIs or email automation.
• Experience using LLM APIs for AI agents, extraction, classification, or automation.
• Understanding of prompts, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and validation.
• Experience with Git and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently understand API documentation and implement new integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a developer who personally codes, integrates, tests, and debugs. This role is not suitable for candidates looking for a primarily managerial, project-management, or architecture-only position.

AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or GitHub Copilot may be used, but you must be able to understand, test, secure, and maintain your code.

First 3 Months

You will focus on:

• Improving existing Python AI agents and n8n workflows.
• Building email processing and attachment extraction workflows.
• Implementing/improving WhatsApp Business integration.
• Developing Google Sheets and CRM integrations.
• Improving security, logging, testing, and error handling.
• Supporting junior developers.
• Preparing systems for future Falcon Pro migration.
