What You’ll Do

• Design and implement custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to expand agent tool capabilities.
• Build end-to-end agentic workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to solve complex task automation.
• Construct robust RAG pipelines that bring contextual memory and enterprise data to AI agents.
• Iterate rapidly: prototype new agent capabilities in the morning, harden them for production in the afternoon.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong backend development (Python or C# / .NET)
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions
• Direct working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-calling paradigms.
• Solid grounding in LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG architectures.
• A hacker mentality — you take pride in putting working code into production
