Sails Software Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and software engineering principles. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI agents using modern LLM frameworks.
- Build AI workflows leveraging agent orchestration platforms.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Connect AI agents to enterprise systems through APIs.
- Develop prompts, tools, and memory components for AI agents.
- Participate in model evaluation, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and solution architects.
- Monitor agent performance, quality, and reliability.
- Document technical designs and implementation details.
