Agentic AI Engineer

One of my clients in the retail sector are looking for 3 Agentic AI Engineers to join them in a Business Process Optimisation project.

Contract - Freelance 12 months (extendable)

Locations - Asse

On site policy - Hybrid (2 days a week on site)

The goal for this project is to optimise the internal business processes of the enterprise - working closely as a technical staff with key stakeholder to improve the work efficiency of a number of team throughout the organisation. (Finance, Customer Service, Legal, Contracts, Supply Chain).

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in AI/ML, software engineering, multi-agent systems, or automation.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Agents SDK, or similar.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in Retail/Product/Customer focused roles will be beneficial but not mandatory
• English essential - French or Dutch beneficial
