Agentic AI Engineer

• Level / Experience: Senior Associate (SA) | 4 to 7 Years

• Job Overview: We are hiring an Agentic AI Engineer dedicated to building resilient, production-ready AI agents with a heavy focus on security, verification, and telephony integrations. You will leverage AWS Bedrock to build multi-agent applications, while implementing state-of-the-art LLM evaluation techniques, safety guardrails, and compliance checks. A major aspect of this role includes extending these capabilities to automated voice solutions for Contact Center Services. You will build integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly link LLMs with local development tools and internal systems. Everything you build will run on cloud-native infrastructure, requiring day-to-day proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Advanced Python.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex Agentic Frameworks and production-grade RAG pipelines.

• Establish rigorous LLM evaluation metrics and programmatic safety guardrails.

• Integrate internal systems with foundational models utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Build and optimize automated voice systems for Contact Center Services.

• Write backend services using Advanced Python / FastAPI and deploy via Docker & Kubernetes.
