Agentic AI Engineer / Developer (Agentic AI + Python)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Python development to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. The successful candidate will develop intelligent solutions that can reason, plan, use tools, execute multi-step tasks, and integrate with enterprise applications.

This role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, APIs, knowledge bases, and cloud-based AI platforms to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, Python, and relevant AI agent frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent workflows to support complex business processes.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Implement memory management, context handling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge-grounding capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Apply Responsible AI principles, security controls, governance standards, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, evaluation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AI agents in production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, assess, and implement Agentic AI use cases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, development standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in software development, AI engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI development and Python programming.
• Experience developing autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, context management, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI services and platforms.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI solutions in production environments.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite per week
