About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Python development to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.

The successful candidate will build intelligent solutions capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, executing complex tasks, and integrating with enterprise applications. This role will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, APIs, knowledge bases, and cloud-based AI platforms to automate business processes and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Python, LLMs, and relevant AI agent frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent workflows to support complex business processes.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Implement memory management, context handling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and knowledge-grounding capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Apply responsible AI principles, security controls, governance standards, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, evaluation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AI agents in production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and implement suitable Agentic AI use cases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, development standards, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in software development, AI engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI development and Python programming.
• Experience developing autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, context management, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI services and platforms.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI solutions in production environments.
