Position Overview:

AWS Professional Services is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to support the Intuit account. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI agent frameworks, multi-agent workflow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI solution deployment.

The role involves working directly with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, optimize, and deploy agentic AI solutions that drive automation and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Engineering

• Design and implement autonomous AI workflows using frameworks such as:
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• Other visual workflow/orchestration platforms
• Build multi-agent systems and tool-integrated AI solutions.
• Configure tool contracts and API integrations for reliable AI execution.

RAG & AI Platform Development:

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for contextual AI applications.
• Implement knowledge retrieval, vector search, and context injection strategies.
• Ensure robust observability, monitoring, governance, and security controls.

Workflow Discovery & Automation:

• Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design AI-powered workflow solutions aligned with business objectives.

Solution Deployment & Optimization:

• Deploy, test, troubleshoot, and enhance AI agents in production environments.
• Refine AI systems based on stakeholder feedback and business requirements.
• Drive user adoption through continuous improvement and performance optimization.

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, and Book Close Processes is highly preferred.

• Experience delivering customer-facing AI solutions.
• Consulting or Forward Deployed Engineering experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
