About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Agentic Testing to design testing solutions for enterprise automation and AI agent programmes.

In this customer-facing role, you will work with clients, partners and delivery teams across pre-sales and implementation activities. You will define test architectures, support workshops and proofs of concept, and help teams build reliable testing and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end test architectures for enterprise automation and agentic AI programmes.
• Define solutions covering test management, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, test data and environments.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Support the technical solution during pre-sales and customer engagements.
• Design testing approaches for AI-powered and agentic applications.
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI agents, including evaluation sets, scoring methods, accuracy, latency and cost measurements.
• Define regression baselines and acceptance criteria for production releases.
• Support functional, visual, performance and API testing.
• Develop approaches for self-healing and autonomous test generation and execution.
• Perform adversarial and guardrail testing, including validation of failure scenarios, prompt injection risks, escalation paths and human review checkpoints.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching during initial customer implementations.
• Deliver technical workshops and enablement sessions for partner and delivery teams.
• Contribute to reusable testing patterns, accelerators and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply risk-based testing and change-impact analysis across enterprise applications.

Required skills and experience

• At least 7 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering or a related field.
• Experience designing test strategies and architectures for complex enterprise programmes .
• At least 3 years of experience including Test Cloud, Test Manager, Studio, Orchestrator or Autopilot for Testers, or comparable testing platforms.
• Experience with at least one additional automation framework, such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Good programming knowledge in C#, VB, Java, Python, C++ or PowerShell .
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, test data management and test environments.
• Experience with parallel test execution and the analysis of unstable or flaky automated tests.
• Understanding of generative AI and LLM concepts, including prompting, grounding, hallucinations and non-deterministic outputs.
• Practical experience evaluating LLM-based solutions, prompts or AI agents.
• Knowledge of AI agent concepts such as tool calling, retrieval, context grounding, multi-step orchestration and MCP.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Workday.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, consulting or professional services.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English.
