The ROC will serve as a regional transformation hub focused on connecting information, decisions, actions, and outcomes through workflow automation, knowledge intelligence, operational visibility, and practical applications of AI.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys building as much as coaching. This role combines team leadership, workflow architecture, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery. You'll help establish a new regional capability focused on agentic workflows, commercial visibility, and AI-enabled business transformation. You will define reusable approaches for workflow design, knowledge grounding, human review, exception handling, governance, monitoring, evaluation, and adoption while coaching a team of workflow architects and partnering directly with business leaders across Asia.

Key Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in workflow automation, applied AI, business applications, process transformation, or solution delivery
• Experience delivering AI assistants, copilots, workflow automation, or decision-support solutions in production environments
• Experience leading or mentoring small delivery teams while remaining hands-on
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and solution delivery capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills

This role focuses on designing workflows that connect decisions, ownership, deadlines, dependencies, actions, accountability, and outcomes. You'll help build systems that ensure commitments are followed through, actions are visible, deadlines are managed, and business reviews lead to measurable operational improvements. You will design solutions that balance automation with appropriate human review and governance while strengthening organizational execution and learning.

Key Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in workflow automation, business analysis, applied AI, collaboration solutions, process improvement, or business applications
• Experience designing workflow, governance, action-tracking, or case management solutions
• Strong business process mapping and requirements analysis capabilities
• Experience facilitating cross-functional process discussions

You'll work on enterprise search, information extraction, knowledge grounding, retrieval-augmented experiences, knowledge automation, commercial visibility, and AI-powered information discovery. The ideal candidate understands that trust, source traceability, governance, information quality, and usability are just as important as technology.

Key Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in applied AI, knowledge management, analytics, business intelligence, workflow automation, information systems, or business analysis
• Experience building enterprise search, retrieval, knowledge automation, information extraction, analytics, or AI-powered knowledge solutions
• Understanding of information architecture, data quality, governance, metadata, and source traceability
• Experience with Azure AI, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, or related technologies

You'll design intelligent workflows that reduce administrative effort, identify missing information, improve transparency, support commercial reviews, and help teams focus on activities that create business value. The ideal candidate understands both commercial operations and process transformation and enjoys solving business problems through practical workflow automation and AI.

Key Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, Applied AI, workflow automation, or business analysis
• Experience supporting pipeline management, opportunity management, forecasting, commercial reviews, business operations, or operational reporting
• Experience building workflow, reporting, automation, copilot, or operational support solutions
• Understanding of commercial processes, KPI design, operational visibility, and business performance management
