The AgeTech Innovation Coordinator explores technology tools and services to support independence and to make aging in place easier and serves as a bridge between aging services and innovation.  This role is dedicated to identifying and implementing technology that supports and empowers older adults to maintain independence and a high quality of life.  The AgeTech Innovation Coordinator will lead program initiatives, manage smart-home integrations, pursue innovative solutions, and provide hands-on technical support, ensuring smart technology is accessible and helpful to improve daily lives.

Qualifications

AgeTech Innovation Coordinator requirements:

• Associate’s degree in health-related field or marketing.
• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Healthcare and/or senior living experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, everyday language to a non-technical audience.  Strong troubleshooting skills for both specialized smart-home systems and standard consumer electronics (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.).  Ability to analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses for new tech implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, from high-level program planning to individual resident support tickets.
• Current State Driver’s license (in good standing).
