Aggregate Driver

Onsite Ready Mix Enid is seeking a responsible and dependable Aggregate Driver to handle loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering materials to designated locations. Applicants must have experience driving manual transmission trucks, as this position requires operating manual trucks only.

Essential Functions:

• transport aggregate materials (gravel, sand, crushed stone) to and from construction sites, quarries, or plants.
• ensure vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
• Follow all traffic and safety laws including DOT regulations, company policies, and job site rules.
• Communicate with dispatcher to receive instructions, report delays, or coordinate deliveries.
• Secure loads property using tarps or covers when necessary to prevent loss during transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• CDL Class A or Class B
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical requirements
• Ability to maintain an active DOT qualification
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to perform well in a team environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work without direct supervision
• Willingness to overtime if needed.
• Experience is preferred, but will train qualified applicants

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds on a routine basis

· Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crawl, bend, climb stairs and ladders, walk on uneven surfaces, reach, push, pull, use handheld tools, work overhead, and stay alert while driving.

· Ability to communicate verbally to dispatch, plant operations and other drivers using radio communications.

Pay

• $20+/Hr
