We are looking for an Agile Coach

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach Agile teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques, with a focus on team autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Act as an Agile consultant and Change Agent, supporting teams and the wider organization in adopting and adapting Agile ways of working.
• Facilitate and dynamize Agile ceremonies, workshops and collaborative events, helping teams reach alignment, consensus and effective decisions.
• Train, mentor and coach Agile team members, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, analysts, developers and testers.
• Advise teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and recommend the most appropriate practices according to the organizational context.
• Define, develop and maintain Agile best practices and ensure their adoption across teams, incorporating feedback and evolving practices according to industry standards.
• Develop and deliver Agile training, from awareness sessions to more advanced training for Agile team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the constitution and planning of Agile project teams, advising on the required profiles, skills and team setup.
• Lead and coordinate the Scrum Masters community, facilitating knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous development.
• Support Agile transformation and change at different levels of the organization, helping teams and stakeholders adopt more autonomous and sustainable ways of working.

PROFILE & SKILLS

• +6 years of professional experience, with strong experience in Agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles and practices.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master is required.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, including coaching, mentoring, facilitation and training.
• Strong knowledge of Agile team dynamics, product development and organizational change.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals without direct authority.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
