Agile Coach

• Strategy-to-Operation Facilitation: Act as a strategic bridge ensuring executive intent and OKRs reach Squads as actionable, high-impact priorities. Facilitate Strategic Portfolio Alignment to ensure Tribe bets add up to a coherent business direction.
• Cross-Tribe & Cross-Squad Coordination: Address the space where enterprise agile transformations typically stall: the coordination between teams. Design and optimize end-to-end flow systems (utilizing Flight Levels frameworks, Kanban boards, and weekly Tribe syncs) to surface and manage cross-dependencies proactively.
• Leadership Support & Scrum Master Mentorship: Support Tribe Leads by helping surface delivery constraints, facilitate alignment conversations, and provide practical observations on ways of working. Mentor Scrum Masters to elevate squad maturity, strengthen facilitation discipline, and build sustainable local practices.
• AI-Augmented Agility & Fluency: Lead the adoption of AI capabilities within the agile workflow. Coach Product Owners (POs) and teams on AI-Powered Prototyping, rapid discovery cycles, and using generative AI tools to remove delivery friction and accelerate lead time.
• Community Leadership: Convene, expand, and lead the Agile Coach Community of Practice at SCB, fostering a unified network that shares lessons learned and drives continuous improvement across the entire bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, with a proven track record of driving complex enterprise-level transformations (ideally within large-scale banking, telecom, or fintech environments).
• Deep, certified expertise in scaling and agile frameworks (e.g., Flight Levels, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale). Flight Levels certification is a major advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in structural Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter methodologies) with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Active fluency in AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, or AI-powered prototyping tools, with a strong vision for AI-augmented product development.
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence, with fluency in both Thai and English.
• A strong background as an active practitioner (e.g., former developer, designer, PO, or tech lead) who maintains peer-level credibility with operational teams.
