Agile Coach SAFE

Role Purpose

Lead and support the organisation in adopting SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) at scale, ensuring alignment between business and IT, and driving cultural change across diverse teams. This role is critical to achieving synchronised delivery cycles, shared product governance, and improved portfolio visibility.

• Proven SAFe Expertise:

o Minimum 3+ years implementing SAFe at enterprise level across multiple business units.

o Hands-on experience launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating PI Planning.

o Strong knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and governance models.

• Certifications:

o SAFe Practitioner Consultant (SPC) or Advanced SPC (A-SPC) – mandatory.

o Additional SAFe certifications (RTE Release Train Engineer, POPM Product Owner Product Manager, LPM Lean Portfolio Management) are a plus.

• Business Transformation Leadership:

o Demonstrated ability to engage and influence business stakeholders and executives.

o Experience in driving cultural change and aligning business objectives with agile delivery.

• Coaching & Facilitation:

o Skilled in coaching at all levels (executive, management, teams).

o Strong facilitation skills for workshops, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.

• Tooling & Metrics:

o Familiarity with Triskell and agile metrics (predictability, flow efficiency).

• Additional Competencies:

o Excellent communication in English, French is a plus.

o Knowledge of AI use cases in agile delivery and RSE/Green IT practices is an advantage.
