Agile Project Lead

Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master

Location: Lansing, MI | Hybrid

We’re looking for an Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master to support a collaborative team focused on analytics solutions. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving Agile delivery, managing the backlog, leading Scrum ceremonies, and partnering with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Lead 2-week Agile/Scrum sprints
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage and refine the team backlog
• Break larger initiatives into clear, actionable user stories
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify priorities and remove blockers
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, and sprint completion
• Identify opportunities to improve team delivery and processes
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking and documentation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, project management, or product ownership
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery
• Experience with backlog refinement and user stories
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree
• CSM, PSM, or similar Agile certification is a plus
