Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master)

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong Scrum Master experience to lead project delivery, facilitate Agile practices, and ensure effective collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the team in removing blockers and resolving issues that may affect project progress.
• Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define priorities and project goals.
• Monitor project progress, sprint performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Encourage team collaboration, accountability, and effective communication.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar project delivery role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Scrum Master or Agile-related certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing software development or IT projects.
• Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
