Agile Scrum Master

For our client, we are seeking a Agile Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will guide IT-focused project execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to strengthen delivery discipline, support systems analysis, and keep risks, issues, and budgets well managed. This position also requires strong communication skills to prepare briefings and documentation that support project decisions and stakeholder visibility.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide expert project management and consulting for IT initiatives
• Support technical systems analysis and design for ongoing projects
• Assist in budgeting and documentation for project justifications
• Prepare and present briefing materials and reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate project management support for application teams
• Manage project schedules, issues, and risks effectively
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience with a focus on IT programs
• Experience with systems analysis and design
• Proficient in risk and issue management using industry-standard methodologies
• Ability to create functional specifications and project documentation
• Strong background in preparing reports and technical briefings
• Experience working with government staff and cross-functional teams
• Possess or be eligible for a Public Trust clearance
