Agile/Scrum Master Instructor

The Agile/Scrum Master Instructor serves as an instructor for the Classroom 2 Community Agile Certification Bootcamp, which supports C2C’s mission to advance social and economic equity through academic instruction and workforce development. This position reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead week-long Agile Bootcamp
• Develop comprehensive training curriculum on Agile methodologies and Scrum framework tailored to various levels of expertise through lesson plans based on competencies and learner goals
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials, resources, and tools to support continuous learning and development
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences
• Facilitate hands-on simulations and exercises to reinforce learning and promote practical application of Agile/Scrum concepts
• Help students achieve their goals
• Incorporate technology in lessons through online class sessions and using online tools in/out of class
• Record and update class attendance electronically on a daily basis
• Check company issued email/Slack regularly and respond to correspondence within one business day
• Maintain communication with staff regarding students, site, instruction, or other issues that impact the performance of the class
• Participate and contribute to the organization’s overall goals

Requirements

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with adult learners, volunteers and members of staff.
• Fluent in MS Office, Google Suite, internet and database manipulation.

• Work independently while being a good team player.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Scrum Master Certification

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 30.0 per week
