About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer to design, configure, and optimize enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions.

In this critical role, you will lead the digital transformation of enterprise contract workflows—building scalable, maintainable solutions that automate contract lifecycles, eliminate manual bottlenecks, ensure governance, and accelerate agreement turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise CLM solutions within the Agiloft platform.
• Configure Agiloft Knowledge Bases (KBs), custom tables, fields, forms, automation rules, actions, and user interfaces.
• Architect end-to-end contract workflows spanning drafting, approval routing, signature collection, renewals, and repository management.
• Integrate Agiloft with core enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, Document Management) via REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex business rules and system performance.
• Enforce enterprise-grade security models, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the Agiloft CLM platform .
• Proven expertise in Agiloft administration & development (Knowledge Bases, Rules, Actions, Forms, Tables, UI Design).
• Strong understanding of complete Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Hands-on experience with REST API / SOAP Web Services integration.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational database design, and enterprise data modeling.

Nice to Have:

• Automation scripting (Agiloft scripting / JavaScript).
• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks.
• Proven track record in workflow debugging and performance tuning.
