The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Agiloft configuration and development, workflow automation, integrations, data management, and troubleshooting. This person should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong understanding of business processes, particularly contract management, legal operations, procurement, or related enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, tables, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Configure Agiloft to support contract lifecycle management and related business processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Agiloft and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Document system configurations, technical solutions, workflows, integrations, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, legal/procurement teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Agiloft users and administrators.
  • Follow established development, security, change-management, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, or administering Agiloft.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring Agiloft tables, fields, layouts, workflows, business rules, permissions, notifications, and reports.
  • Experience developing or maintaining integrations using APIs, web services, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development and application lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience with data migration, data mapping, imports/exports, and data validation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile or other structured software development environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Agiloft with CRM, ERP, HR, document management, e-signature, or other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, or middleware/integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, scripting, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and complex business workflows.
  • Experience working with legal, procurement, finance, or contract-management teams.
